Life can be hard but the strength the Lord Jesus provides can help us through it. &#8220;Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Matthew 11:29&#8221;. The word heart appears close to one thousand times in the Bible. We should note the word heart is used to represent the core of what we are. it is a metaphor\u00a0and almost always used that way in the Bible instead of a literal heart. When\u00a0we trust\u00a0in Jesus, &#8220;&#8230;the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. Romans 5:5&#8221;. God knows our hearts and everything in them He loves us and has great plans for us (Jeremiah 29:11).
