It helps solidify our love for Him. God is love and &#8220;We love him, because he first loved us. 1 John 4:19&#8221;. He made us in His love\u00a0and that is what makes us who we are. We read in Acts of a people that searched the scripture daily to see if what they were being taught is true. It is a great practice that we search God&#8217;s word to make sure what our pastor or friends say about God is true. I am thankful that God is truth and love.
