A prayer by Jesus is that we would know both God &amp; Jesus. A prayer by Jesus in John 17:3 says, &#8220;And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.&#8221; By accepting Jesus Christ as Savior we can know that we have eternal life. Jesus was sent into the world to save sinners and we have all sinned. In 1 Timothy 1:5 it says, &#8220;This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.&#8221;.
