Luke 7:9 says, &#8220;When Jesus heard this, he was amazed at him, and turning to the crowd following him, he said, \u201cI tell you, I have not found such great faith even in Israel.\u201d What does the Roman centurion\u2019s response indicate? It shows that we should be humble as believers and acknowledge that Jesus can do anything. This man&#8217;s great faith should be a model for us that we should trust in Jesus. This was a man of great authority who trusted that Jesus could heal his servant by the spoken word. Jesus was amazed and happy that this guy had such faith, more than He had seen in all Israel. Praise God for His power and mercy.
