1 John 4:10 says, “Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” The truth is God loved us even before we were born. Jesus died on the cross for our past, present and future sins. It did not end with Jesus dying on the cross, on the third day He overcame the grave and rose from the dead. After 40 days on earth after His resurrection He ascended into Heaven. God does promise that Jesus will come again to earth for a final victory over sin and death. Christ will make a New Heaven and a New Earth where there is no sin. The Holy Spirit dwells in the hearts of all Christians. Praise God for His love, grace and promise of a perfect Heaven and Earth.
