“2 Peter 3:14: Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.” The Bible teaches us that no one is perfect (Romans 3:10, “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”). The only way we are made right before God is through Jesus Christ the Lord, God and Savior of this world. Jesus came to earth, died on our behalf, rose from the dead so that we might have life. John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” The Gospel is the Good News that God provided a way for us to return and live with Him and that is through Jesus Christ.
